The cowboy butter recipe mixes butter with herbs, garlic, lemon, and mustard to create a creamy, savory spread. Often used as a finishing butter on steak or chicken, it also works wonderfully as a dip for bread or a topping for vegetables.

Quick, easy, and nutritious, baked chicken tenders are oven-cooked strips of chicken seasoned with oil, garlic powder, and herbs. Unlike fried versions, they are light and healthy while still remaining juicy and flavorful.

Cajun cuisine shines through in the dirty rice recipe, where cooked rice is tossed with seasoned meat, onions, peppers, and celery. Its signature “dirty” look comes from the meat drippings and spices, giving it a bold, rustic taste.
